Filing a Document that was Previously Rejected

A Law Firm user can re-file documents that have been previously rejected.  The user must amend these documents first before submitting them again.  Refer to Other Types of Filing for the different modes on how to initiate this request.

Another way to initiate this request is to click Filing >> Commence a New Case, and then select Yes in the mandatory question "Are you re-filing a document that was previously rejected?"

Filing a document that was previously rejected follows the 4-step process of the eLitigation system.

To re-file a document that was previously rejected:

  1. Go to the Step 1: Case Information Page.  A list of rejected documents will be displayed on the page.
