This type of OS can be filed if the selected legislation is Cap 3 Administration of Muslim Law Act.

For this OS case, the user can select Enforcement of Syariah Court Order sub-categories on the Nature of Case page.

For this OS case, the user can select Mental Capacity Act sub-categories on the Nature of Case page.

Enter information in all of the required fields.

If the selected answer is No, the other fields are removed from the page.

Please add at least one Deputy.

Click Add or Add from Existing Party to add a deputy.

If Add from Existing Party is clicked, the Add from Existing Party page will be displayed.

Select from the dropdown list the party to be nominated as Deputy.

If Add is clicked, the Add Deputy page will be displayed.

Enter all of the required information in the fields provided, and then click Save.

The deputy is now listed on the Deputy Details list.

Click Add or Add from Existing Party to add another deputy.

Mark the corresponding checkbox and then click Delete to remove the deputy from the list.

What is the nature of the Deputyship?

Select the nature of deputyship from the dropdown list.

Enter information in all of the required fields. Additional fields may be displayed depending on the answers provided.

P's/Donor's Information

Enter the number of persons relevant to the case.

Relevant Person's Information

If a Deputy has been added, the user will be asked how is the deputy related to the person involved.

Select the type of Relationship from the dropdown list.
