To amend a document:
Click the Amend link of the document to be amended. The Step 1: Case Information Page will be displayed.

In the Checklist tab, place the mouse over to the icon for more details about amending documents.

Click Next. The Step 2: Form Page will be displayed. The document for amendment is listed on the page.

Click Compose to edit or amend the document. Once done, click Save.
