The Adoptive Parents' information can be added through the List of Parties section on the Step 1: Case Information Page.  The parties' information can be added manually or can be retrieved from another case.

 

To Add Party From Another Case , the user will be asked to retrieve a case by typing the Case No on the field. Then, the user will select from the list of parties to add in the new case.

 

To Add Party Manually, the user will be asked to enter the Party's Information, Contact Information, Address Information, Representative Information and Solicitor Information.

 

 

 

 

Information about the infant's natural parents can be added under the Other Information section.  The user has to specify that information about the infant's natural parents are available in order to add them.

The guardian of the infant/child refers to the person who has the actual custody of the infant/child.  This information is specified on the Other Information section.

The user can enter the adoptive child's information under the Infant Information section.
