Enter the Company Name, UEN Number, Company Registration Type and Country of Issue.
Judicial Manager Details
Enter the Judicial Manager Name, Judicial Manager ID, ID Type and Country of Issue.
This type of OS case can be filed if the selected legislation is Legal Profession Act. Once this legislation is selected, the Estimated Account in Bill Claimed field will be displayed.
Estimated Account in Bill Claimed Field
Enter the Estimated Amount in the claimed bill. The amount entered will be validated whether the OS case should be a District Court or a Magistrate Court matter, and for the filing fees to be deducted accordingly.
Probate and Administration or Legislation
The applicable legislations for this OS are:

Rules of Court with the provision number as Order 71 or Order 72
Accordingly, the Nature of Case is Probate and Administration.
