Please follow these steps:

1. Register online for eLitigation by clicking on “ Subscribe” function at the top menu bar. Thereafter, please print or download the following forms from the on-line module and complete them*:

        a) Letter of Application; and
        b) Three sets of GIRO Forms [Supreme Court, State Courts & CrimsonLogic*]

   *if you encounter any problem with the registration process, please contact CrimsonLogic Customer Admin at 68877222 or email to elitigation@crimsonlogic.com.sg

2. Submit all the duly completed forms from Step 1 together with a copy of ACRA's business profile report and a copy of the Law Practice License from LSRA (Legal Services Regulatory Authority) to the Supreme Court Level 2, Registry Counters, during office hours (excludes 1pm-2pm)

   Once approval has been obtained from the Supreme Court, Crimsonlogic will notify your law firm and submit the GIRO forms on your behalf for approval. Processing of the GIRO application will take about 3 - 4 weeks; the law firm administrator identified in the Letter of Application will be notified upon successful application and given a link to set up the user access using SingPass / CorpPass.

Law firms that are not eLitigation subscribers can register to subscribe to the PC module only. eLitigation subscriptions for the sole purpose of making use of the PC module will not be charged subscription fees.

        a) Letter of Application; and
        b) Three sets of GIRO Forms [Supreme Court, State Courts & CrimsonLogic*]

        b) Three sets of GIRO Forms [Supreme Court, State Courts & CrimsonLogic*]
