The Service Bureau was set up in 1994 to allow practitioners and laypersons to gain easy access to publicly available information and to transact with the government agencies. The Service Bureau have equipment, audited processes and workflows to help with various transactions.
The Service Bureau at the State Courts and the Supreme Court allow law firms to access the e-services offered by the Courts (the Supreme Court, the Family Justice Courts and the State Courts), as well as information services provided by the Singapore Academy of Law.

Cause Book Search - online litigation searches The Cause Book Search module offers an integrated service that allows searching litigation data across multiple databases of the Supreme Court and State Courts of Singapore.
eLitigation - electronic filing services for the Courts Documents that need to be filed in the Singapore Courts can be brought to the Service Bureau for filing assistance to be provided. This is relevant for non-subscribers to eLitigation, or by laypersons.
